[IPOL discuss] demo updates : new demo, public release, code evolution

Hi everyone,

3 updates on the demo front:

* A new demo is being developped: Binocular Stereo Pipeline.
  http://demotest.ipol.im/~nil/bms_binocular_stereo_pipeline/

* This demo and the 2 other recently tested ones have been freezed and
  released in the public site.
  http://www.ipol.im/pub/demo/

* The demo codebase is currently being updated.
  - global file/module reorganisation
  - no more makefiles, python-based build system
  As soon as my current deadlines are over, I will update the
  documentation and explain it by mail on this list.
