Hi Jerome,

This is for writing exponents in HTML, correct?

I would make 10^(-3) using the superscript tag like this:

    10<sup>&minus;3</sup>

Just as another example, here is 1.2 x 10^(-4):

    1.2&times;10<sup>&minus;4</sup>
