[IPOL discuss] getting the code from GIT

I've followed the instructions on the page and tried to download the
code from GIT:
> git clone http://dev.ipol.im/git/nil/ipol_demo.git
Cloning into ipol_demo...
error: Failed connect to dev.ipol.im:80; Operation timed out while
accessing http://dev.ipol.im/git/nil/ipol_demo.git/info/refs

fatal: HTTP request failed

Is there any problem with the server? Am I doing something wrong?
