Yes, there are many questions from authors and editors regarding the
OJS process. I honestly can't find enough tome to write detailed
manuals for everything. So I suggest to use the wiki for that. There
is a new wiki page: https://tools.ipol.im/wiki/author/using_ojs/

If everyone collaborates to insert their bits of knowledge there, and
list open questions, I will take the time to answer the questions and
we should end up with a complete manual.
