[IPOL discuss] video in supplementary materials

Hi,
here you are my evaluation:

- Chromium 20.0.1132.47 Ubuntu 12.04: OK
- Firefox 16.0.2 Ubuntu 12.04: shows the waiting icon, but the video  
doesn't start.
- Mobile phone with Android 4.1: OK
- Tablet Archos 10.1 with Android 4.1: when I push the play icon it  
vanishes and then it comes again, but the video never starts.
