[IPOL discuss] IPOL LaTeX class v0.4

Hi everyone,

Thanks to Rafael, a new version of the IPOL LaTeX class (version 0.4)
is available.

Get it from the updated manuscript guidelines:

Articles accepted for publication from now should use this class when
entering the final editing steps. I recomment you to also convert your
articles still in review; conversion is very easy, just a couple of
minutes per document.

This version introduces a few new commands, and includes these new
features:
* standard citation at the bottom of the first page, with page numbers
* submitted, accepted and published dates
* keywords
* PDF metadata

A preliminary variant of this new class was used for articles
published in 2013. Previous articles will be recompiled with this
class, for an uniform appearance and indexation.
