Dear Swapnil Dabhade,

After checking the possibility of using IPP in our servers, we think
that normally there shouldn't be any problem.

Also, I did a quick test and installed two of the IPP packages
(intel-ipp-64bit-2018.0-033 and intel-ipp-st-devel-sta-2018.0-128) in
Debian Stable, and it was straightforward.

**If any member of the Editorial Board is against the use of these
libraries, please tell.**

Technically it seems that everything is fine. Thus, we encourage you
to send your paper to IPOL for evaluation. It'll be first evaluated by
the journal and if it's a good match you'll be assigned an editor who
will assist you through all the process, including any technical steps
and also along the peer-review.

Again, thank you for considering IPOL to publish your work.

All the best,
Miguel
