[IPOL discuss] a logo for IPOL

Hi everyone,

It may seem futile (we do science, not commercials...) but IPOL needed
a logo. The simple reason is that we want more links to IPOL from
various websites[1] and a logo is a good support for such links.

A design student from Cachan created 3 propositions, attached to this
mail. One will be chosen as *the* IPOL logo.

[1] By the way, a link from your (pro) web pages is welcome :) If you
published an algo in IPOL, it may be a good link candidate.
