Well, the way to do that is simply specifying a noise of sigma=0.
That wouldn't add any noise and the algorithm should only estimate and
remove the noise that is present on the original image.

I'm aware of this presentation errors. The result page is going to be
modified so it has the same appearance than the NL-means denoising demo.
