[IPOL discuss] system upgrade on some IPOL servers

Hehe, of course, things went wrong, and it took a few extra hours to
recover the services. Everything should work correctly now.

Some other (brief) interruptions are expected for demotest, probably
tonight. This operation is simpler than the previous one, the probably
to go wrong once again is much lower :)
