[IPOL discuss] Anonymous demos?

While a demo is in "Anonymous mode", in addition to the
site statistics, probably the archive should not be public.

Another important aspect of being anonymous is that
anyone should be able to propose one, and not only
dev users, otherwise the anonymity is largely reduced.
