[IPOL discuss] PDF viewer for IPOL articles and preprints

Hi everyone,

I found an easy solution yesterday to show a preview of PDF files in
IPOL pages.

With the feedback and help of Rafael and Gabriele, I prepared two test
versions:
  http://dev.ipol.im/~nil/tmp/ipol/preview/article-js.html
  http://dev.ipol.im/~nil/tmp/ipol/preview/article-css.html

For each version, I would like you to have a look and tell me if there
are problems in your browser. I expect most problems to come from
Internet Explorer, so please try it if you can, and report problems
and browser version. Mobile browsers should be interesting too.

The difference between the two versions is in the technique used to
control the preview size. If you resize your window to reduce its
width, the preview area should automatically adapt to always show one
full PDF page.

This preview only needs Javascript. It should nicely be omitted if
javascript is not enabled on your browser.
