[IPOL discuss] PDF viewer for IPOL articles and preprints

Hi Nicolas,

MacOSx 10.7.5:
- Safari (6.0.2): doesn't work
- Chrome ( 24.0.1312.57): doesn't work

iPad (iOS 6.1):
- Safari: both versions work OK
- Chrome: doesn't work
