[IPOL discuss] uso de ITK en ipol

Dear Juan,
Are you using ITK just for bilinear interpolation? And for a change of
image format? If we accept ITK (I am not opposed to it but do not catch all
implications),
we will have to maintain it. Thus it is a heavy decision, while writing
three lines of code for bilinear interpolation looks like a light one.
Apologies if I got it wrong.
