60% of the browser windows are more than 600px high on the
internet[1]. In 2011, 1.5% of IPOL visits came from screens less
than 600px high, 5% from screens less than 768px high, 38% from
screens les than 800px high.
32% of the visits come from screens 768 pixels high, I think this
should be our minimum target.
