Two small comments: first, scholarpedia is down, and it doesn't show
in google's cache; second, we can use the input format as latex, keep
the online format as html with mathjax or whatever, and a download
link for the PDF for printing and offline use. As a user, I would pay
the price of a slightly worse math rendering, in exchange for the
agility that a quick look a the web gives. In addition, the
integration of media in the web page is better. And finally, math
rendering is steadly improving, so it is just a matter of time to have
a decent converter.
