I did it today. The new page is
http://tools.ipol.im/wiki/author/code/tools/ and the visits to the
previous page http://www.ipol.im/meta/dev/ are redirected.

You can add you own contributions, ans SVG/PCA code for
example. Please make the effort to provide high-quality and maintained
code because IPOL contributors (including master students) will rely
on your tools.

I also updated the io_png code; the main change is a serious bug found
by Pascal Monasse in the color conversion routine.
