[IPOL discuss] Lost sigma parameter in NL-means demo

This has been corrected by Jose-Luis in the last version of nlmeans
and some otehr new demos, updated on the demo server a few hours
ago. Thanks.

PS: By the way, dev.ipol.im is running again, until the next
    overheating incident.
