Hi,
In my effort to collect some informaton for my PhD thesis, I
remembered I heard of IDL (Interactive Data Language), a programming
language for scientific applications and array manupulations, similar
to MATLAB/Scilab/Octave and to NumPy.
According to Wikipedia, it is used in image processing and
astronomy.
Has anyone on this list an experience in using IDL, or do you know
someone who does?
