[IPOL discuss] IPOL is an Open Access journal

Hi,

IPOL articles and codes are accessible free of charge and published
under free licenses. As such, IPOL has always been a de facto Open
Access journal. Now this is officially recognized: IPOL is referenced
in the Directory of Open Access Journals:

With future work, this policy will be cleary mentioned on IPOL pages,
and an article-level indexation of IPOL will be enables in DOAJ and
all partner databases.
