Hi,

Some IPOL authors would benefit from parallel programming. OpenMP is
currently the best solution for parallel programming in the IPOL
context: it is designed for parallel computing on a single machine,
for C/C++/Fortran codes, standardized and portable, and widely
available and used.

For those who want to learn about it, there is a training on
OpenMP in June 20-22, at IDRIS (Orsay, south Paris). This will also
include some training with OpenACC, a solution for GPU programming very
similar to OpenMP.
