The final workshop report has been released ("Setting the Default to
Reproducible"), with a paper in the Huffington Post for a broader
audience ("Set the Default to "Open": Reproducible Science in the
Computer Age"):

These documents capture the current state of the art in reflections
and initiatives connected to reproducibility and computational science
in ~20 pages. IPOL is mentioned in the workshop report as an example
of publication with a requirement on reproducibility.
