[IPOL discuss] wiki documentation update

Hi,

I just want to let you know that the IPOL wiki[1] has been
reorganized, with all the documentation currently available for
authors, editors and reviewers grouped in a "General Documentation"
section[2] with direct links to essential pages on demos, workshops
and the development server.

You can contribute to this documentation by editing the wiki. Just
follow the "Edit" link at the top of the pages.

Other (non-editable) important documents are grouped in the "References"
section[3].

I hope it will contribute to a better information for everyone. Some
important pages un this documentation will be added or expanded soon,
I will keep you noticed by email.
