[IPOL discuss] workshops [Re: wiki documentation update]

Hi,

The first addition is a set of pages on IPOL workshops. Workshops have
been discussed in January at the editorial committee meeting[1]. An
index page for workshop was soon created[2] but some issues remained,
chiefly
- how to have a demo without user/password
- how to restart demos automatically then the server has an
  interruption

These issues have been solved, with details in the wiki.
