[IPOL discuss] libconfig

Dear Mariano,

Thanks a lot for the feedback. I had the impression my request went into a 
black hole, this is reassuring. I understand Matlab is really a pain.

Alternatively, my code works with GNU Octave. Would it be allowed to have a 
demo run with Octave?
