[IPOL discuss] disk usage on fuchsia

Hi,
The fuchsia disks are getting full. I resized them to 100G, but if the
growth continues, there will be a problem. We may have to remind
everyone that fuchsia is a modest shared environment, and everything
heavy should be done on the lab servers with their large storage
capacity.
