[IPOL discuss] mail announces of new preprints and articles

Hi,

When a new preprint or article is made available in IPOL, it will be
announced by mail. Anyone interested in these announces can
subscribe by sending an empty mail to

    announce-subscribe at list.ipol.im

Every member of the editorial board has already been registered to
receive the announces, and these messages will also be mirrored on
this list (discuss at list.ipol.im).

This will be a low-volume, announce only service. We may reduce the
frequency to a monthly mail if the publication activity increases.
