[IPOL discuss] IPOL y GPU-CUDA

Dear Alvaro and Miguel,
The decision of accepting CUDA GPU codes as publications simply depends on
submissions. If we  have a submission to IPOL  of this sort, I'll name an
adequate editor, and the editor and referees will decide.
